Account and service data
Guest access processes a random account ID and a recovery credential kept on your device. Optional Google or Apple linking processes the provider account ID and authentication tokens, never your password. The server stores can balances, transactions, coupons, skins and daily active playtime for recovery, rewards, purchase verification and abuse prevention. Recovery may be unavailable after deleting app data or losing the device before linking.
On-device records
Neighbor collections, walk records and preferences stay on your device. They are not part of server account restoration and may be lost if app or browser data is removed.
Usage analytics
Google Analytics for Firebase uses an app instance identifier, device/app details, approximate region inferred from IP addresses, usage time, sessions, screen views and shop opens for analytics. On iOS, StoreKit purchase events may also automatically include product ID, name and price. Our app code does not send email, sign-in account identifiers or can balances to Analytics, and does not enable advertising personalization consent. Settings can stop future analytics collection.
Ads and reward verification
Rewarded ads are requested only when you choose to watch. Google AdMob may process IP-based approximate region, device identifiers, ad impressions, views, clicks, performance, crash and diagnostic information for ad delivery, analytics and fraud prevention. Reward verification sends your app account ID and a one-time reward verification value to Google. Non-personalized ad requests may still use identifiers for frequency limits and reporting. Applicable UMP consent forms and ad privacy options manage these choices separately from the usage analytics switch.
Sign-in providers
The Google sign-in SDK and provider may process the basic profile and account information you consent to during sign-in, along with security verification information. Our server links accounts through the provider account identifier and does not store names, emails or phone numbers as separate profile fields. Service providers
Cloudflare Workers and D1 provide the server and database. Google and Apple provide sign-in, advertising, analytics and purchase validation. Retention and deletion
Account data is retained while providing the service. Completed account deletion removes linked server account records; local walk records remain. Store purchase records and previously processed Analytics data follow the providers' policies and settings. Legally required transaction or support records are handled under applicable law.
Your choices
Use the Account page to restore, sign out or delete, or contact support for access, correction or deletion. Deletion requires a recent sign-in to the same account. Tokens use protected device storage and encrypted server storage. Our server does not store payment card numbers.
Updates
Changes update this page and its effective date. Material changes are announced in the app or service notices.
